RULES AND REGULATION
1. Payment terms:
1.1. 25% on booking
1.2. 25% before 40 days of the journey date
1.3. 25% before 25 days of the journey date
1.4. 25% before 10 days of the journey date
3. Room will be provided family wise (Double Bed / Triple Bed)
4. Charges of child :-
Between 3 to 5 years with seat – 25% of package amount
Between 5 to 7 years with seat – 50% of package amount
Between 8 to 10 years with seat – 75% of package amount
5. Tour price does not include any Train Fare(AC) or Air Fare.
6. Food will not be provided on train.
7. The organization reserves the right to delete, change or modify the Rules as and when necessary.
8. Guests are allowed to accompany one 22” suitcase & one handbag only while on tour.
9. The organization is not responsible for any accidents and no compensation is given for any damages.
10. Due to unavoidable reasons, the itinerary may be changed, enlarged or modified. The organization will not be liable if it does not reach the specified place due to some unavoidable reason on a particular day or time. The passengers are liable to pay extra cost if needed.
11. Passengers are responsible for their own goods. Therefore, it is obligatory for them to keep watching on their belongings. However, we help the passengers to load and unload all the goods (except Train And Station). The Firm accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.
12. Cancelation Charges
In case of cancellation of journey cancelled by the passenger, he or she is liable to pay cancellation charges as follows,
1) If cancelled before 30 days of the commencement of the journey cancellation charges will be Rs.2000/- per head.
2) In case of cancellation within 30 days of the commencement of the journey, cancellation charges will be levied as per the following table.
Between 29 days and 20 days — 25% of the Package Amount + Railway cancellation charges
between 19 days and 15 days — 40% of the total price + Railway cancellation charges
between 14 days and 7 days — 50% of the total price + Railway cancellation charges
between 6 days and 3 days — 60% of the total price + Railway cancellation charges
less than 3 days — No amount will be refunded
